Do you care for other pets?
My main focus is dogs, but if I’m caring for your dog and you have other pets that have certain needs, we can definitely work something out.
What happens if something happens to my dog while under your care?
I am fully insured.
How do you accept payment?
I accept cash, Venmo, or credit card. You will receive a weekly invoice for services and have the option to be billed automatically for recurring services.
Gratuity is always appreciated, but never expected.
Are you available on weekends?
If you have limited weekend needs (ie not an ongoing, standing appointment), please let me know and I’ll be happy to see what I can do.
What if I have a service scheduled but there is severe weather in the forecast?
Teacher’s Pet reserves the right to cancel any service that puts our walker’s safety and the health of your dogs in jeopardy. Notice will be given and clients will not be charged for the canceled service. This primarily refers to major snow events, thunderstorms/tropical storms/hurricanes, and temperatures that would put your dog at risk of heat stroke.
